Hey, there.

My name is Courtney and I'm the founder of The Digital Perch marketing agency.

I take transparency, honesty and trust very seriously. That's why I want to be 100% transparent with you about my services, capabilities, and everything in between.

 

Currently, I am a one-woman-show managing this marketing business on the side of a great career at a local digital marketing agency. My future goal is for The Digital Perch to become full-time endeavor with a team of experts working alongside me to scale this business (hence the "we" talk on the website). However, I'm currently loving the ability to tap into my entrepreneurial spirit on the side of my 15 year digital marketing career.

Who We'll Work With

We do have a standard for our clients... because as much as we represent our clients, our clients also represent us. 

We won't work with just anyone.

Here's the key word we're looking for: a PARTNER. 

We won't work with anyone whose offerings or business practices seem shady. We know red flags to look out for and won't even go there if it's not someone we can trust will be a good partner.

A partner:

  • Understands the value of marketing, and that you get what you pay for. So if you're looking for the lowest cost marketing service out there, we're probably not a good fit for you. You can hire a college intern or freelancer in a different country if that's your main concern.
     

  • Knows that marketing is just a tool (a highly important one), but NOT the main factor in the success of your business. When sales aren't happening at the rate you hoped for, marketing tends to be the first area people want to point fingers at to blame. But when we can show proof of continual efforts, progress, and positive movement on the marketing data side of things, we need a partner to understand that there may be other things within the internal business model or system processes that are negatively impacting sales. We want to have that conversation with you to help you take care of those things, but we are not the ones running your business — we're just helping you get a boost in your online presence and get your products seen to influence sales. We cannot create demand for your products, but we will do whatever we can to help you show up for when a customer is ready to buy.
     

  • Is open to ideas, collaboration and new processes to grow their business. We likely won't have a great relationship with those who reject all of our suggestions for improving their business to help convert sales, because when business is slow the client still thinks marketing is the issue and drops services (which can be a costly mistake). As a partner, we want to walk alongside your business journey to ensure you feel like you can come to us, as a trusted expert, to provide you with best practices, suggestions and recommendations for your overall success. We don't just want to be a service provider.

We have 15 years of digital marketing experience under our belt. It's our passion and we want you to care about it as much as we do.

Customer service is numero uno. It's our goal to always respond within 24 business hours. Even if we don't have a solution for you right away, we will over-communicate to ensure you stay in the loop. We're always happy to receive your calls, emails or even direct messages on social media asking questions — big or small, however you feel like reaching out, we're here for you.

We pride ourselves on 100% transparency, honesty, and trust. It's just who we are as human beings, and it's just as important in business. We will right any wrongs and own up to any mistakes on our end.  No B.S. No drama. Just genuine care for doing our absolute best, being authentic, and ensuring every client is taken care of in the best possible way.

 

Your success is, really, our success. So we mean it when we say we'll work hard to ensure you see tangible, positive results using our services. We aim to be fruitful in our labors and reap what we sow. We've got that good old-fashioned work ethic, but also highly value personal life — because tomorrow isn't guaranteed, and family (and God) must always be first. That's why we don't answer emails or phone calls after 4pm CST (or on the weekend) — most things can wait until first thing the next morning during business hours.

We're not afraid to rewrite the rules or go against the grain of what others are doing in the industry. We care more about offering the right services to fit the client's needs than we care about making more money by nickel-and-diming or upselling services. If it's needed, we'll let you know. If it's not, we'll let you know. If we can't do something you need, we'll refer you to someone who can. If you're not a right fit for us, we'll refer you to someone who is.

...I should've named this business "No B.S. Digital Marketing."
